Salty Sunshine

This week we're rounding off the year with Hetal Vasavada of Milk and Cardamom website. She shares with us some baking tips, her Indian background and how it's inspired her baking and her new book Desi Bakes. Hetal feels with a scale and pre measured ingredients you're set up for success, even the kids.

Hetal is also partnered with Challenge Butter that is donating for every Instagram post with a mention @cookies4kids and hashtag #challengeforacure you can also tag @challengebutter. This is such a fun way to get your family baking and helping out a great cause from your kitchen. If you'd like to donate directly you can do so at www.cookiesforkidscancer.org
