Is salvation a onetime experience?

Everyday is a new day.

He should be fresh and new to us each day.

“Behold, the former things Have come to pass, Now I declare hew things. Before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.”

Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing His praise from the end of the earth! You who go down to the sea and all that is in it. You islands and those who dwell on them.

“Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past.

Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.”

Philippians 2:12-14

So then, my , just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling;

for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.

Do all things without grumbling or disputing;

The parable of the ten virgins

But they did not listen to Moses, and some left part of it until morning, and it bred worms and became foul; and Moses was angry with them.

Therefore, just as the Holy Spirit says, “Today if you hear His voice,

Do not harden your hearts as when they provoked Me, As in the day of trial in the wilderness,

While it is said, “Today if you hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts, as when they provoked Me.”

You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men;

being manifested that you are a letter of Christ, cared for by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone, but on tablets of human hearts.

Salvation is only a beginning experience, as a child grows so do we in the Lord.
