Salvation. What is it? What does it mean to be saved? What is the purpose of being saved? What is the overall goal that God has in place? All of these can have the same answer. Salvation is about becoming like Jesus. we see this in Roman 8:29. The bible shows us that we were predestined to be conformed to the image of Christ. Coming into salvation births the spiritual seed of God in us which allows for us to become His children. Salvation is also progressive because for us to come into complete conformity to Christ takes a lifetime. Therefore, salvation is constantly progressive as we grow more and more into His image! For this week's Remnant Challege let's make a list of things in our life that we want to become more Christ-like. Let's take those things to prayer and submit them to God.
