I wasted much of my adult life in multiple seasons of backlidings. Many people are racked with the guilt that they missed their calling and could never get back to God and what He called them to be - WRONG!

Yes, it may take a few years - even a decade or so for one to be fit for the ministry by grace through faith and faithfulness because God is married to the backslider and He loves you - His mercies are new every morning and His loving kindness reaches to the sky.

You CAN be healed of your backslidings and you can be completely restored to those gifts and callings which are without repentance - though you may have forfeited opportunities and usefulness in your past  God desires to treat you as if you NEVER SINNED. 

God loves you and desires to use you to reflect His love to a dying world - showing what His mercy and the power of the Blood of Jesus can do for anyone who will receive it by faith. Take that undeserved favor by faith and let no one disqualify for your destiny in Jesus!

Over the past three decades I have sat with precious people who have been abused by the misapplication of ministries -a all the way from occult-like abuse to just ignorant brothers and sister who did not submit themselves to a godly elder to train them to steward their ministry in wisdom and in a godly sort - either way - these precious souls whom Jesus died for where taught they must submit absolutely unto their pastor - even if that pastor was abusing their children.

Godly submission IS absolute and absolutely within the Constitution of the United States of Jesus Christ - anything outside the Word of God is NOT something we have to submit to.

I use David as an example: how he did not submit to Saul's Spear and hold still for him to kill David. I also cite that David had the right to flee to Engedi to hid from the King whom he was submitted to and would NOT lay a hand on him even though he had opportunity to do so. 

Submission is holy and precious and a power protection for the junior believer to avoid hurt and harm of self and others that did NOT have to exist. 

The believer who finds themselves and their family in such a situation has every right before God to Flee to Engedi and protect themselves from the spiritual junk heap that those leaders have chosen for themselves.

The believer has the right to flee and go find refuse under a godly, spiritually clean pastorship for healing and proper spritual love and guidance.

THE MOMENT FREE WILL SUBMISSION IS TAKEN AWAY - is sure sign that error is being taught at that church/ministry.

God desires to move through every believer - giving them gifts and abilities - some seemingly very practical but very vital to the body— like helps ministry.  Other’s He  gives supernatural Anointing — like healing ministry even beyond what all believers can do by grace through faith.   

However, what has happened, some believers begin to see healings and miracles happen through them and they feel compelled either out of pride or fear to call themselves into a five fold office - apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor or teacher - they simply were called to operate as a laymen believer with a simple gift - even a power gift to reflect the heart of the Father to a dying world and encourage others— exhorting others to believe while under the Anointing of God.  

The danger is if they try to pastor without God's Anointing or be a biblical teacher without God's Anointing— then they put themselves in danger to counterfeit leadings of the Holy Spirit aka the Devil.  

Some in the not so distant past have died wrong - even believing they were Elijah the prophet - others have misapplied their ministry and attempted to create whole city without God telling them to do so - even while they had legitimate, healings and miracles which was their ordained place in Christ.

This admonishment is for those who God desires to use in the power gifts but has NOT called them into a fivefold office. “Go where you are sent stay where you are stationed” isn't just about location but also position in the Body of Christ.
