Nearly 18 months after the Deep Dive interview of 2021, I caught up with Sam Brown again for a short and sweet UPDATE chat to fill us in on what has happened since. Last time, we learned about the loss in her life, of her mother who died at the height of her fame, and in recent years of her voice, a devastating loss for a singer. But Sam has returned to recording and released a new album - Number 8, taking her talents into a whole new direction.
