Sam Demma is one of Canada’s top 25 under 25 Environmentalist with his company “Pickwaste”. He picks up trash for a living… it may not seem as a glamourous journey into entrepreneurship, but it surely is just as important.

The journey started by being inspired by his teacher in high school who taught him the lesson of “small consistent actions, can lead to massive global changes”. He walked back and forth from school until one day he decided he was going to pick up trash. Now he has held 70 clean up events and picked up over 700 bags of trash! He is a public speaker and his TedX talk will be releasing soon.
