I’ve been more frustrated than usual, hearing from new clients about what they went through before they found me.

Unreturned phone calls.

Being told they can’t begin for several weeks.

No personal connection.

The list goes on and on -And my frustration grows as we add people struggling in the “stigmatized” communities where there is already less support. Substance abuse. Suicide.
