Are you someone who lacks confidence and tries to find confidence outside of yourself? Have you aligned yourself with what you think, say and do? Have you felt you've had any failures while pursuing your passion that you don't know how to learn from?
In the first episode of a new season of this great podcast, we dived into these questions with Sam Moinet, founder of Student Breakthrough, who has a passion for education.
Sam has gone through a somewhat unconventional journey into his passion. He encountered failure early on in his path by not getting into the British Army, which was a devastating blow to his ambitions, well-being and confidence. Yet, failure can direct us towards a new path that is fulfilling, advantageous and enlightening. That is what occurred to Sam, whereby after a few coaching sessions with an experienced coach, he realised what he was supposed to do. Through his 3B programme, which we looked into during the episode, to his public speaking, he is on a mission to inspire students to achieve greatness in every corner of their lives.
In this episode, we explored a wide range of topics, including seeing failure as a blessing, vulnerability and the purpose behind Student Breakthrough.
