"Piman Bouk" is fine art photography and poetry by photographer Samuel Pierre Louis, measuring 13 "x 11" with 150 total pages. Piman Bouk is a translation of the Haitian Creole "chilli pepper" Some photos show models posing with peppers, others reflect the hot aspect of chilli. The project began on May 15, 2016 with a single model, and more than 15 models followed at the studio. Often, they are 5 or 6 at the same time. The atmosphere was always cheerful and professional. By observing the photos during editing I could take inspiration from some photos to write these poems. I wanted the book to be more than a coffee table decoration or a book in a waiting room.I took care that the cover arouses curiosity while avoiding being too vulgar. Accompanied photos of poems is a double shot. I wanted this book not to be a photo album. I accompanied him with about twenty poems - which do not necessarily describe the photos because the photos are already explicit - which will speak to your senses. Poems that touch the eroticism, the dream and the good mood. Piman Bouk is also a photo exhibition. Indeed, I hope to be able to expose more than one hundred photos. The exhibition will be held in an art gallery in Santo Domingo in December. I am also open for any exhibition to other countries.
