Thomas Smalley CSCS, USAW is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. In addition to S&C, Tsmalls is a Lead Advocate for the IOCDF (International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation. We discussed the ways in which to not only navigate mental illness in the weight room, but also the importance of being vulnerable to our athletes. Thomas is an inspiring individual who I am sure is adding value to those that he coaches. I am lucky to call him a friend.

Michelle Hart-Miller ATC-L, CSCS is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and the Head Athletic Trainer at Londonderry High School (Londonderry, NH). She has represented the Lancers for the last 26 years, creating an S&C environment not often seen at public high schools. She has been able to combine her knowledge of the field and care for others into an environment that produces not only high caliber athletes, but high caliber individuals. She was the 2019 NHSSCA (National High School Strength and Conditioning Association) New Hampshire Coach of the year.
