Sam Welty local artist is taking on a huge project at the oceanfront!  He is painting a mural on the block of 19th & Pacific at the Virginia Beach oceanfront called “A Tribute to American Heroes”.  It is being created to acknowledge the sacrifices of the local military personnel and their families.

He is hoping to have completed the week after Memorial Day Weekend.  You can help show your support by going down there and taking a photo of it and sharing!  Make sure to use the hashtag #TributeMural

  

Join Sam Welty on Saturday June 10, 2017 11-12 pm for a special mural dedication where you can write a message on the wall to your lost loved ones.

And then there will be a Sam Welty Wall Crawl afterwards to help raise money to help fund this project!
