I met Sam back in 2020 at the HPLT summit in Austin Texas. A group of entrepreneurs together for a weekend of fitness, collaboration and time with several successful people in the health and wellness space. I immediately hit it off with her because of her amazing energy and approachability. We stayed in touch after the fact and even spent some time working out at FROPRO HQ when she was in town creating and solidifying her own business. She is a former collegiate athlete and has worked with countless others who have experienced life after sports and living a new life. She is all about that transition mindset, making the change and connecting the dots for others as she did for herself. Her corporate background and success in Fortune100 companies was great but not fulfilling in the way she wanted her life to be. 

Servant leadership, bigger picture, connecting with values and impact before income is how Sam operates. She is building a massive company where real recognizes real and shows up in ways other won't because she cares. She genuinely wants people to achieve top potential and success as they did in their sport and aiming to do so in life after sport.
