Samantha Gadd is obsessed with improving people’s work lives.
Her first act was founding and scaling Humankind, an HR consulting and EX-design-as-a-service firm that applies human-centred design approaches to clients’ people problems. Over 10 years, Sam has scaled Humankind to $5M revenue per year. While running Humankind, she also founded and sold a talent business called Kin.
In 2021, Sam handed over the CEO role at Humankind to find a way to scale the impact of her consulting business and Employee Experience Design School was born.
Sam is in the process of building and launching a new business she believes can become the category-defining platform for leaders to become EX design pros, and engage with others in the EX design community.
