This week, we talk about the shocking tragedy that  hit the the Black community and the world, Kobe and Gianna Bryant's passing, why it hit us so hard, and mental health (especially for black men) surrounding it. Also, a scenario posted on the internet got us arguing for an hour over and imaginary $800

We have guest Jeff Brown,  aka Th3Adopt3dOn3  (@jeffbrwn on IG), join us for our 30th episode of Same Energy podcast where we talk about his new play, how he got to where he was at, and the power of telling his story and why we see so many damn 3's

This may be the longest episode we have done. We talk about the new math, the old NY after work/brunch party era, NYE plans, serving guests for the first time on paper plates, Karol Sanchez kidnapping situation, and Sioban and Baffoe get in a 2 hour argument about memes and men versus women (its been long overdue).

Once we get past the jokes (per usual) we dive into the Shiggy/Fab/Casanova situation and who was wrong.... also Summer Walker and was there a better way to handle her anxiety as well as talk about our own anxiety... we tried to talk about Queen and Slim but you know the boys didn't watch it so that was quick. 

Also, Seth said Henny is trash, so feel free to talk trash about him.

This episode we touch on women bringing their own condoms, Friendship break-ups versus Romantic breakups, T.I. doing too much, again, and #SocaSeth is here to stay. 

On this weeks episode, we talk about how men and women are supposed to shoot their shot, societal norms and who places it on them, Tank, and only God knows who else... RIP John Witherspoon
