Tess, @lionesslifeandhomes, grew up in an immigrant family that took a leap into real estate investing once settled in Canada. This among with her experience as a real estate investor and property manager equipped her with the knowledge and the drive to tackle building a house from scratch. As a self-builder, Tess' interior design and project management skills steered this venture to a true success, one that has led to further development of the couple's company @etcProperties. She works as an HR leader by day while managing the family's real estate endeavours and co-founding @MelaninConnectionCommunity an initiative that connects and empowers women of colour and allies by encouraging health and wellness as well as personal growth objectives.

As a former Canadian University athlete, Jethro has combined his past experiences as well as an academic background in Science to establish himself in the rehabilitation field as the Head of Physiotherapy at a fully integrated health care facility, Human 2.0, in Ottawa, Canada. His other creative outlets include being part of a sports-based podcast with 2 of his former teammates called the @FrontOfficePodcast as well as his own YouTube channel & Podcast @thoughtswithjet where he shares his unique perspectives on numerous topics in today's society.

Thia is a single mother, who has resigned from her full-time job in January of 2021 and now wholesales full-time with a growing team of achievers. Within a 12 month period Thia lost her mother, and started Velinor Properties a wholesaling company that she grew into a six figure business. Thia learned about the wholesaling strategy in May of 2020, and took the time to network, learn, and invest in personal development.
