We see that God has promised spiritual things for us in Jesus. Therefore, our focus in evangelism is not social or economic reform, but the changed hearts and minds of the lost by salvation in Jesus.

We base our evangelism, witness and understanding of the Gospel upon the bible.

We kick off a series studying evangelism. What does God say about it? What are the methods we use? What authority do we base our preaching and witness upon?

Paul gives personal exhortation to the Thessalonians, and the Church, about how we should conduct ourselves towards fellow believers and what the focus of our faith should be.

We look at Paul's word to watch those who lead the Church and we apply the principles to the entire Body of Christ.

Paul continues to discuss the hope of the believer. We are no longer children of darkness, but are those delivered into His light! Shine it.

As Paul continues to exhort the Thessalonians how they ought to live he shifts to comforting them about the hope all believers have in the finished work and promises of Jesus.

We look at Paul's concern for the Thessalonian Church and see what God's Word says about how we may stand in the same spiritual battles.
