**Hello friends of SKATEHIVE, how are you? I hope you're doing well. Today I had the opportunity to skate at the racetrack, so I've had a little pain in my knee that's been bothering me for weeks, so I decided to skate as gently as possible.**

**I did a few tricks while relaxing, and I chose the Nollie FS boardslide, which I think is one of my best tricks. I think I can try it without warming up. I was getting ready to do the Nollie BS boardslide, which is a trick I've almost never landed. I'll show it to you in the next video because I haven't received any shots from that day yet.**

**I hope you enjoy it. I've fallen for several, but the last one I'm sharing with you was one of the best I've ever fallen for. A good idea would be to do the Nollie Fs crooked 180 afterward. Enjoy the video, and we'll see you in the next one.**

**I went with David and Yerinson, so while they were doing their tricks, I decided to do a crooked nollie and a blunt slide on the small module. I think they turned out perfectly, so I hope you enjoy this session.**
