Classic Daiquiri

  • 2 oz Silver Rum
  • 7/8 oz to 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (to taste)
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Shake with Ice. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass
