The suspect driving a rental vehicle that struck an alcohol police officer on the morning of December 14th was taken into custody over the weekend. The Los Angeles police department's Rampart division announced the arrest of 41 year old David Francis subpoena.
Pengelley Allen who had a felony warrant for the hit and run accident. Alcohol police officer Nick Sorella was seriously injured when he was dragged down an alcohol and street by a rental SUV, allegedly driven by the suspect and then struck by another vehicle.
