He talks about how honesty prevents us from putting on the prideful mask of wanting to be known for something other than our true selves. We are meant to humble ourselves before God and others so we can have a pure heart of service without needing to prove ourselves or our ministry. Finally, true fellowship involves having proper concern and being willing to restore & rebuke our brothers and sisters in Christ.
