An I.C.E. agent task force is being deployed to Boston, among other cities, as part of an arrest operation targeting sanctuary cities across the country, in response to their refusal to participate in immigration enforcement. The agents are meant to boost the enforcement power of local Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers. Homeland security says the action is meant to enhance the integrity of the immigration system, protect public safety, and strengthen our national security. Illegal immigrant advocates say the result will be to intimidate the illegal population and make vulnerable illegals afraid to report crime. Are you for or against the sweep?
