Here's to a good start to the year! First, let's all thank ourselves for surviving that stressful and weird year. By 2022, we'll be building good and healthier habits because we're going to love ourselves more. But first, let's take a quick look at our 2021 goals and see what we'll be focusing on this year. It's so nice taking a quick stroll at memory lane despite remembering some not-so-good memories, but hey, what are these memories for but to learn from them?
