Led by the Head-Charlotte-in -Charge, Jessica, the Charlotte Noire team wanted to create a space that extends in the same level of comedy, concern and support that hair salons and barbershops have become known for, beyond the walls of the Curl Sanctuary by Charlotte Noire.
