This assignment is creating a video or podcast, as a public service announcement that shows or clearly explains concepts of care and nationality.

This assignment aims to create a collage using multimodal literacies to represent ways of leadership in early childhood education to draw and support early childhood pedagogy, that will also promote human rights such as in inclusive education and how to maintain an inclusive learning environment. This will also be able to explicitly illustrate how leadership can advocate education support for learners who have learning difficulties or disabilities.

This podcast was developed to share with parents, carers and families to support to build up an awareness of a sense of identity and belonging with a strong connection with the community in our early childhood learning space. By sharing our philosophy via this podcast, we hope to involve families in our mission to promote an equitable, diverse and inclusive in our learning environment.
