Obviously I’m a northerner. Sandy Fitzpatrick shared with me that southerners know the difference between a hissy fit and a conniption. So for us northerners I looked them up. Hissy fit is a childish tantrum as where a conniption is a fit of hysterical excitement or anger. I’m glad that Sandy of Hissyfitz Designs chose the cute name for her shop, although after spending time with her I can’t imagine this sweet lady ever throwing a tantrum.
