We’re saddened to learn that Sandy Kuntz, who ran the iconic Hal’s Deli for decades in Downtown Ithaca alongside her children after her husband Hal passed away, died on Sunday at the age of 88 with children Michael F. Kuntz and Jackie Schaaf at her side.
