As Women, we can tend to get caught up in the hype of having everything all the way put together. I'm here to let you know sis it doesn't work like that. Eventually you're going to have to make some tough decisions in life. 

I needed to talk about it! Being a black entrepreneur is HARD!  

Sometimes we don't realize that we aren't fully over a situation or haven't fully healed from a situation UNTIL we are triggered. I had to be very transparent on this episode ya'll. Today's episode i talk about the signs, and different scenarios that causes us to be triggered. Trust me sis you're not alone. We have the moments & those days. The real question is how do we deal with them?

I know we all have experienced some challenges throughout 2020 ESPECIALLY with this pandemic. It was an honor to be amongst like minded women who wanted to grow not only in their faith but health as well. This podcast episode i was able to be a guest speaker on a panel for "the sisterhood" which is a group made up from members of the New Generation SDA Church here in Miami, Fl. I dropped gems, they asked questions and we TALKED ABOUT IT. 

Waiting on "the one" can be very frustrating sometimes but delay isn't denial. Sometimes the delay period is what we need in order to become the best version of ourselves.
