For me, adulthood is realizing that there are no grown-ups and everyone else is winging it and the tough thing about adulthood is it starts before you even know it starts.

Its not everyday i wake up feeling super pumped and creative. Sometimes life does things to me that I find myself creating this characters in my head and we end up having quite good conversations. So i thought why not involve my audience into my life to see how i get through most of my days. There are many things I wish someone would’ve told me before I started my career and emerged into adulthood. I wish someone who have told me that it’s impossible to separate your life from your career, no matter how much you try.

I wish someone would have told me that there will be soul-crushing frustrations and soul-smashingly beautiful moments, and sometimes they will occur all at once. I wish someone would’ve told me that you will have to figure out your career, your finances, your current experiences, your childhood traumas, your relationships and your friendships all at once, there’s no one by one

I wish someone would have told me that professionals, colleagues, senior executives, managers, and bosses are all just people, often still trying to figure out, dissect and overcome the very things I just mentioned.

Its all in your head, get over it. Social anxiety is one of the life's most limiting act that blocks you from achieving most of your dreams,making friend and becoming you. In this episode i talk about some of my experiences and things i did to overcome all that.

We all have experienced rejection at some point in our lives, but that does not become the end of the world, it does not define us. Being rejected by someone or something is a way of the universe trying to say something to you. You deserve better,go for it forget what ended and focus your energy on other things. Remember, we are trying to come out of all this life alive and happy. So don't waste your energy.
