Santa Barbara Restaurant Owner Laura Knight talks about Pascucci, her legendary restaurant on State Street, and the challenges facing downtown and State Street. Knight has owned the restaurant for 30 years. In this podcast she talks about the controversy over outdoor dining, the future of State Street, and the role of cars and bicycles.
