As we wait, we prepare ourselves to see, appreciate, and anticipate what God wants us to do.

The Mission of Santa Clara First Baptist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who love God, obey God, serve God and help others become Jesus followers.

We believe prayer deepens our relationship with God, aligns us with His will, and leads to His releasing His power.

Therefore we will live a life of prayer, trusting God's wisdom and power.

We believe the Church, a diverse community formed and led by Jesus, works together to continue His work in the world. Therefore we will work together, each doing our part to continue Jesus' work.

We believe God is worthy of and delighted by a life in worship, honoring Him in everything we do. Therefore we will h honor God in everything we think, say and do.

We believe the Bible is God's unchanging truth, essential for teaching, correcting and training for living out God's plan. Therefore the Bible will be the basis of our public teaching, individual study and personal living.

Live on less so that others can have enough.

The power of prayer and when we approach our Lord on our knees and the power of prayer in partnership coming together for those in need.

We believe God the Holy Spirit teaches and empowers followers of Jesus to know and obey God. Therefore we will rely on the Holy Spirit to empower us to obey God.
