Santosh Kher is an entrepreneur and producer. He is the founder of Creative Viibe productions, a name behind stellar content including the magnum opus ‘Chandramukhi’, Pondicherry , a movie shot on iPhone, the upcoming ‘Bamboo’ and the hit Marathi web series ‘Athang’ a first-of-its-kind period horror in the Marathi web space.

Kher has been passionate about drama and has participated in several theatre workshops, inter-college drama and professional drama. He realised his dream of working in the field of entertainment by establishing a production house that would help him reconnect with his passion. Kher is a producer with a difference, with deep roots in the human resource industry. He applies his years of experience and understanding of human behaviour to the world of content.

An award-winning, accomplished leader, he has led teams across various countries. He currently also is a Partner at People Square HR Consulting. At Creative Viibe he overlooks all the aspects of production house and takes keen interest in the commercial aspects. Kher is an alumnus of the IE Business School, Spain, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA Extension) and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai- India.
