Vidhant Monga is a founder of Tender Truck - A new, one-of-a-kind freight matching application exclusively for the logistics community in India. With a degree in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Warwick, Vidhant embarked on the entrepreneurial journey to modernize India's logistics sector. His initial experience at Monga Roadlines- the family’s logistics business, exposed him to deep-rooted inefficiencies in vehicle hiring. The firsthand exposure inspired him to implement a Transportation Management System (TMS) to optimize operations.

Determined to tackle unfair industry practices like ‘Kundi,’ which led to significant profit losses, he leveraged his expertise in digital marketing—gained through his venture Join the Dots Adways—to establish Tender Truck.
