Everyones got that all time favourite they’d like to see again. But would you want to see it EXACTLY the same with new graphics? Or would you want it reworked with modern gaming techniques.

If game devs are gonna remake a game it should be LAW that they play the original. I get that its a job, and I get that execs push down on the actual creators but its so easy to tell when a game has no heart behind it.

Sometimes they can be useful, but the majority of them are just an opinion - or worse, a "paid for" opinion...  You already know if you're interested in a game, and if you wanna have some silly fun then saints row will scratch that itch. If its trash, then don't worry! My ultimate message is this; as gamers we are lucky, there is PLENTY to play. Cyberpunk 2077 wasn't a bad shout. It has its flaws at release but there is some heart in there in what they made (in another universe maybe this game would have been a home run) but thats not what we're discussing today. Well it ain't email campaigns for one thing. We're trying something new for both of us this year. We're going to start with one video and one podcast post a day. Ultimately we want to break this down into micro content across 5 platforms. No one really knows anything anymore. Remember that guy who filmed himself on TikTok just skateboarding to work, drinking Ocean Spray cranberry juice? Better marketing than what most companys shit out in a year...   The next step is 22 content posts a day. Ultimately 100. If that doesn't work then we'll try something else. Once we have that supply chain set up THEN we can let Bismarck loose with his beloved Photoshop to make pretty logos and banners etc XD  (I can tell he's dying to also 'set dress' the studio lol. Not until hes done his homework)  #BOSH

I absolute LOVE this series. Which is why I'm heartbroken that I broke it. The world they built is amazing and I wanted to explore and consume every sqm of it. Sadly though this kinda broke it to where I would get pittance xp for doing the actual questline. Have you had the same issue? (back to Edlen Ring I guess!)

So this term "soulslike" gets thrown around a lot. A LOT. But wtf does that even mean? Because somethings hard does it it immediately make it that 'type of game'? Surely Wukong should be judged on its own merits. Lets chat it out.
