The South African Prisoners Organisation for Human Rights, SAPOHR, has expressed strong support for the Department of Correctional Services' decision to reintroduce electronic tagging for parolees. The initiative aims to monitor the movements and whereabouts of ex-offenders serving the remainder of their sentences outside prison.
