This episode is an invitation to begin contemplating what you sapphic life could look like. the future can feel foggy for anyone but especially if you are contemplating coming out as gay. there is a lot of expectations that society places on us starting with all the rules we have been taught about gender.
My ex boyfriend came at the perfect time. He helped me in so many ways but the relationship was definitely a struggle.
In this episode I give insight into:
1. Why I was able to date him for as long as I did.
2. What was going on in my life that made me more likely to date a man.
3. How that relationship eventually fizzled out.
4. My thoughts on if you need to have the I'm gay talk with you significant other.
The best part of coming through people pleasing is finding that core part of you. Discovering your real truthful personality and getting to meet yourself feels so lovely.
This episode is pretty reflective. I share a lot about my personal experiences with people pleasing, anxiety and how it played into my late bloomer story.
Moving through this taught me two things:
1. that part of you that is willing to do whatever it takes to make someone happy is just trying to protect you
2.The best part of coming through people pleasing is finding that core part of you.
I will send you a pile of virtual confetti for saying no to someone this week!

This is not easy to do. We are going against a whole system that has been tailored to not allow this to occur. It can also be so beautiful. Today I shared a bit about the daily joy I get in my sapphic relationship. Maybe it allows you to get a glimpse and what you could have too.
let me know what you think this is your space too and I would love to hear from you. leave a review or email me your thoughts.

There is very little space for us to feel attraction to women in our society. often we are taught that we need male validation to be desired and loved.
Confusing wanting that male validation and actually wanting to be with them is more common than you think.
In this episode I give you my honest reflections of my own experience with this growing up.
When we set goals we are often focused on getting the A+. We think we want the accolades, the status, the money, the whatever but that type of shit leaves you hollow.
We are the type of people who want so much more than anything so basic.
We owe it to ourselves to ask that question.
what do I really want at the end of all this? what emotion do I want to resound in my body when I get there ?
love you so much and as always if you are craving a chat you can email me [email protected]

Nothing is wrong with you and actually this is a good thing. Its okay to be attracted to girls it can even be fun. Thinking she is attractive is not the same thing as harassing her. Yes there's a line but the fact that your listening to this shows me that you have a pretty clear idea what it is.
What if you're not as bad as you think you are? Also whose definition of good and bad are we holding sacred. what if we recognized that we can decide what morals we want to judge ourselves against?
bottom line
you're not a piece of shit. love you lots.

Five years ago I was in bed miserable again. I couldn't place why. I didn't want to know why. After all, I had what I was supposed to want. But it felt all…
Nothing was adding up. Everything felt off and I had a sinking suspicion that something was broken inside of me.
If I could go back to that girl I would tell her
That she was not broken.
That nothing was wrong with her.
I would tell her that she was a LESBIAN. And that that was a beautiful thing to be.
I would tell her how to come out of the closet, how to find god in her lover's smile, and how to love more than she ever imagined. I would warn her that not everyone would understand. I would tell her that wouldn't matter because she would feel radiant.
If you relate to the girl I was before, it is my deepest intention that this podcast will help you.
Each week I will meet with you and give you Everything I have. My intimate stories, tarot readings and every tool and resource I used to get to where I am now.
I promise you are at the beginning of everything and not the end.
