Sarah Knox received her PhD and MS degrees from Stockholm University in Sweden; and began her career as a Principal Investigator at Stockholm University and the Karolinska Institute, where she did epidemiologic research using the Swedish Twin Registry. She subsequently returned to the United States, to the National Institutes of Health, where she focused on cardiovascular research before assuming a leadership position to guide the implementation of the National Children’s Study. Dr. Knox is currently Professor Emerita at West Virginia University School of Public Health and a member of the WVU Cancer Institute and the Galileo Commission. Her current research interests focus on biophysical signaling in cancer and the integration of physics, consciousness, and spirituality in healing.
