I was once a student and a teacher. And the more I experience life, the more I appreciate my teachers.

It’s been years since I was a student, but I will always remember their teachings and how they inspired me to get to know myself better.

As I was recording this episode, I felt so proud to have once been their student. And as I watched the episode, I became emotional because I realized that my teachers played such a big role in shaping who I am today and helping me understand myself better.

Sometimes, all it takes is one old photo to bring you back to a part of your life you thought you had already left behind.

What makes you feel young?

Lately, I've been thinking about this question. I used to think feeling young meant having lots of energy or being able to do everything. But now, I think it's something much simpler. It's taking care of yourself. Listening to your body. Going back to the things that make you smile. And giving yourself permission to keep discovering new parts of yourself, no matter your age.
