Lots of vulnerability in this post. Since leaving Iowa I have had moments of processing past trauma and pain that I had yet to deal with. I wanted to share this for others to identify with the healing process. It is one that can lead you down roads of loneliness where you wonder if you are crazy and the only one who deals with childhood trauma. You are not alone.

Caleb and I have decided to work on this podcast together to tell our story. We will be sharing parts of our story and big topics in the churches we encountered.
