First-Time Home Buyer TFSA (WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW)   The Liberal government has announced their 2022 budget and in it, a big focus on housing. One of the highlights included is a newly proposed TFSA for first-time home buyers.  On the outset this new TFSA looks amazing! Epic Alliance: Is Saskatoon Still a Good Place to Invest? Episode

Earlier this week the story broke on the CBC that a Saskatoon Real Estate company that controlled hundreds of properties in Saskatoon had shutdown its operations in January.

This led to hundreds of houses being turned back to the original investors, many of whom live out of province.
