While this podcast seems to be falling through the cracks, I want to take just a moment to try to revive it. Why? Because I have A listener, who ever you are - THANK YOU! Regardless, I just want to share stories about my life. I would LOVE to have anyone who listens to call in and talk with me otherwise, I will record this just to hear myself talk. Let me tell you about WHY this podcast is struggling! In 2022, my mama passed away, my employer sold the company, corporate shut us down and I'm unemployed then I fail a test that is very important to me. Thinking 2023 would be better, one of my children lands in the trauma unit and undergoes 4 hour emergency surgery and a week in the hospital and the saga of my mama's death is STILL going on. I just felt like I should recap and talk about things....

My daddy's voice played in my head, "one day, all you will have is eachother".  I needed to find a way to get to my brother.  I needed to talk to him.  I tried to reach out to him, repeatedly, without success.

“Greed is Never Godly”, Season 3, Episode 1. Today, I am sharing with you, a very, very, personal, and heartbreaking story. Let me begin by saying, I will do my ABSOLUTE best to state the facts as I know them and will do my very best to avoid anything that may be considered ‘hearsay’. If names are mentioned, it will be related to anything that is public knowledge.

I have struggled with exactly how to present this. I try to convey as much of the backstory I can to help you understand where I am coming from, without distracting from the main purpose of my sharing this with you. The main message here is to convey my frustration in the system that is allowing family to control my elderly mother.  The objective here is NOT to air the dirty laundry of the family, but to help me work through the betrayal, lies and greed surrounding my mother's whereabouts and condition.  I am hoping this will help me... #findVICKIE.

I salute you!  I have always wanted a home tucked away in the woods, unable to be seen from any direction except the sky. Welcome to Season 2|Episode 2 of Sass with Cass THE Original. Today, I have some news to share… I’ve Been Cancelled.

Have you or someone you know ever been ‘cancelled’? Well, I have been. Recently as a matter of fact. Rest assured it wasn’t over politics because remember, I do my best to avoid any political topics. Nope, this was over my opinion based on my personal life experiences which I shared with you in my previous podcast entitled “I’m NOT Talking Outta My A$$”. 

Season 2|Episode 1 -  This 2021 episode brings Sass with Cass THE Original podcast BACK to your ears!  I appreciate the few listeners I have hanging in there; because doing a podcast takes more time than ever imagined.  I took a bit of a break but trust me, I wasn't sitting ocean side sipping margaritas or slumming on the couch binging on the latest streaming craze while eating bon bons.  I have been working... THANKFULLY.  Returning to work in the social climate we are in now is definitely different.  The people may look the same, once you get used to the face diapers, but mentally they are very different.  We all know I do my best to stay away from politics and religion - but when you listen to this one, you will find that I tip toed on that very thin line of politics.
