When Anxiety affects our relationship.

When anxiety becomes a third member in a relationship, suffering appears. The style of communication changes, arguments, irritability and even emotional coldness appear.

Anxiety affects the quality of our relationships. In a way that we are not aware of because it acts almost invisible that crushes everything: humor, encouragement, desire and even our ability to connect with others.

The anxious mind perceives, thinks and feels the world in "alert mode", almost always guided by a sense of threat, distrust and fear.

Cuando la ansiedad se convierte en un tercer miembro en una relación de pareja, aparece el sufrimiento. El estilo de comunicación cambia, aparecen las discusiones, la irritabilidad e incluso la frialdad emocional.

La ansiedad afecta a la calidad de nuestras relaciones. De un modo del que no somos conscientes porque actúa casi invisible que todo lo aplasta: el humor, los ánimos, las ganas e incluso nuestra capacidad de conectar con los demás.

Porque nos apegamos a las cosas.?

Todos de alguna otra manera nos hemos pegado a las cosas, momentos, personas, incluso emociones.

Para algunas personas desapegarse de los objetos materiales puede ser más difícil que hacerlo de las personas.

Podemos decir que el apego a la gente, los objetos o animales puede llegar a ser un problema Psicológico. Una falta o carencia de algo y la necesidad de sentirnos queridos, protegidos o que hacemos parte de un todo.

Porque nos apegamos a las cosas.?

Todos de alguna otra manera nos hemos pegado a las cosas, momentos, personas, incluso emociones.

Para algunas personas desapegarse de los objetos materiales puede ser más difícil que hacerlo de las personas.

Podemos decir que el apego a la gente, los objetos o animales puede llegar a ser un problema Psicológico. Una falta o carencia de algo y la necesidad de sentirnos queridos, protegidos o que hacemos parte de un todo.
