Jed, Alan, and I casually shoot the breeze about macro and current economic events.  We talk about their trip to Grassroots Bitcoin meetup in Nashville.  We make plans for upcoming Bitcoin meetups, ideas, and events.  Listen in if you're curious about local Bitcoin thought in Northern California.  No egos, just network growth.  Opt into a more secure, decentralized, finite monetary network.

Patrick and I spend Eth merge night talking Bitcoin.  A couple of our local Bitcoin group are in Nashville attending an event so our weekly meetup was cancelled.  Patrick and I decided to connect.  Good talk with another great early Bitcoin adopter.  Im lucky to be in a local meetup group with this guy!  Thanks buddy!

East Side Tony is an incredible guy.  Tony and I exchange our thoughts on Bitcoin, life, the Bay Area Bitcoin scene, and many other topics.  I was thrilled to learn his personal story.  East side shares a ton of life experience and wisdom in a humble manor.  I am pleased to be a part of the human Bitcoin Network with my new found brother.  We both share the Bitcoin mantra: "I will die on this hill".   The early Bitcoin adopters is filled with brilliant minds; East Side Tony is a prime example.  

On this episode:  Alan and I sit down and catch up on this weeks events in our local Northern California Bitcoin eco system.  I decide to change Alans name from "Bitcoin Jesus" to "Bitcoin Superman" because Alan flies around the world giving away Bitcoin and saving them from hopelessness.  We discuss our conversation with Texas Slim and the Beef Initiative.  It always a pleasure catching up with such a great guy and amazing member of the Bitcoin community.  

Jed and I get the opportunity to speak with Texas Slim.  Texas Slim is many things: innovator, motivator, teacher, friend, rancher, scholar, Bitcoiner, ... He is the Father of the Beef Initiative, a grass roots movement allowing ranchers to reach customers directly.  Slim advocates for a quality of life in all aspects including nutrition.  We had an amazing chat with him and look forward to speaking with him again.  The local member of the Redding Bitcoin Center and Redding Bitcoin Meetup plan to help Slim in the venture and are going to go "shake our local ranchers hand".  In part 2 we will ask Slim for tips on the best approaches to meeting and building relationships with local ranchers.  Thanks again Slim, your doing Gods work and changing the world for the better!

Members of the Redding Bitcoin meetup sit down and talk with Michael Atwood.  Michael co created the Oshi app which enables businesses to easily access the Bitcoin network.  Michael explains the app and how it works. We dive into the Beef Initiative which is a movement that has been sweeping the US.  The Beef Initiative is allowing folks to directly purchase beef from local ranchers. I sit down with a couple other members of the Redding Bitcoin Meetup and The Redding Bitcoin Center.  Alan (@pursuingfreedo1 on Twitter) is a commercial pilot flying rich and famous around at a cost of 20-30k and hour.  Alan spreads Bitcoin love all over the world as he goes.  Jed (@BitcoinRedding on Twitter) is the man behind "The Redding Bitcoin Center".  He owns and operates the center inside a building he owns in downtown Redding.  The center is complete with Podcast studio, learning center, and areas to drop in and work on Bitcoin related tasks.  Today we all catch up after having been apart for a couple weeks.

I babble about Basketball and Bitcoin with Big Sean Harris.  Sean is a professional basketball player and Bitcoin expert.  He is very articulate, intelligent, and fun.  He offers many insights into current conditions in the fiat and the Bitcoin economy.  although I have followed him for a long time on twitter speaking with him face to face for the first time was like talking with an old friend.  He brings a lot to the Bitcoin community.  You can find him on Twitter @BitgSeanHarris  He does several pod casts and is a part of the Meme Factory
