Insane apologies for the long delay on this episode! Your favorite team of pod people was hit with the triple whammy of technical difficulties, personal tragedy, and a co-host on vacation.

But we're here, and there are three of us this week, as our sound editor, Brad, sits down to give us the white cis str8 male perspective you've been dying to hear (heh). Carrie farts, and it sends her entire life into a tailspin, which seems pretty par for the Carrie course in Season 1.

Our pals pick us up on their way to an old friend's (yes, another one) weird baby shower in Connecticut. Carrie is again somehow the biggest baby in the room and Samantha is at peak brilliance. We're getting there!! The end is in sight!! Ahh!! This week, Carrie freaks out yet again over something easily solvable, we meet Bunny 1.0 (and THE Rabbit, heh), Samantha takes on a fixer-upper of a man, and Miranda ushers Charlotte into a whole new world that she should've already known about.

We're getting to the end of season 1, rejoice!! Today, we mostly discuss Charlotte being more sexually adventurous than Carrie (who's already described herself as a sexual anthropologist somehow) and Carrie exploring the world of deranged jealousy, but also Samantha getting herself into a sticky sitch and Miranda going from looking like Dick Tracy to her hottest outfit ever in one episode. This week, we join our friends as they tackle their preconceived notions of monogamy, relationships in general, and themselves. In this episode, Skipper is basically a serial killer, Charlotte and Carrie are unrealistic prudes, and Carrie continues to fail in her relationship because of poor communication skills-- what fun!
