31 min - Madam Secretary Recap Season 4, Ep 20 The Things We Get To SayWhat to do about the Hondurans at the gate? Should the White House use oppo research? Isn't it cheaper to buy a new fridge than fix an old one? Sounds like today's headlines-- but it's a fictional TV show. Lian Dolan and Julie Dolan recap the latest episode of Madam Secretary. The Things We Get To Say or The Way We Were or The Press vs Madam Secretary We win, viewers! One straight line narrative! Winner! After last week's criss-crossing story lines and dovetailing characters, a single straight-forward narrative. Phew! A relief We loved the "Journalist Writing Story" set-up for this episode. It’s a classic, but we haven’t seen it on MSEC Reporter from Washington Chronical getting 48 hour access to MSEC. here’s what we know: he’s a cynical former war correspondent who can’t sell a book or get his fridge fixed. His wife is expecting twins and he lives in what appears to be a college dorm room. Some great lines in this show about truth, tyranny and everything in between. MSEC scored a great speech, Henry had a topnotch put down and we got a super cute baby
