2021.03.08 | In this talk, Ajahn Anan explains the difference between Sati, Sampajañña and Paññā. In breath meditation, mindfulness recollects the breath, Sampajañña knows the breath clearly, and Paññā knows why we bring the breath to mind--this act of recollecting the breath with Sati-Sampajañña is a path to the end of suffering.
