In episode 8, Kelly & Jess get back to the 90s with the Pirates of Dark Water. Maybe you loved this show, or maybe you never saw it at all, as this cartoon got canceled after only 21 episodes. Despite being the shortest cartoon we've watched so far, the Pirates of Dark Water sets the stage for many 90s cartoons to come.

In episode 7, Kelly & Jess talk about the fabulous femme Princess of Power in the He-Man spinoff series, She-Ra. She-Ra may not quite achieve the ridiculous levels of camp that He-Man does, but the show clearly inspires many future cartoons aimed at little girls.
