What a year 2020 has been! I have managed to get a groove lately as I pivoted this summer.

It's been an emotionally overwhelming few months and the past two weeks, following the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police and subsequent protest against police brutality has wiped me out. I'm just now returning to my center.

After what felt like a thousand takes, I finally answered the question no holds bar. I’m still learning how to free myself in order to find and share the authentic me who yearns to live in the sunshine without judgment. As deep as I went with this one, I truly hope this episode blesses someone in a very special way. Here’s to living Saucy!

Time is precious. That's something we all know but often we don't reflect in our day to day exchanges. I'm learning more and more that my saucy, delicious life requires me to be a better steward of the time I'm given. It's my sole responsibility how and with whom I invest my time.

It's been a minute since I shared my thoughts but I'm back saucier than ever. As I enter this new decade I am taking lessons learned with me as guides for a brighter future.
