Growing up spending a lot of time with his Finnish family, Mika got to experience the traditional Finnish Sauna experience on the regular and was hooked on it as a kid. As he moved far away from family many years ago, it’s been quite the challenge for Mika to find the traditional sauna experience in the States. In his never ending quest to find all the physical and mental healing that takes place for him during this favorite tradition, we’ll also talk about the few times he was able to travel overseas and have a few saunas with fellow band members and friends on tour, managing to get them all equally hooked on this Finnish tradition of old.
