Check out why we emptied our entire pantry and refrigerator filled with foods containing “Natural Flavors” (much of which we thought were healthy and clean). Oh yeah… we also couldn’t leave out how Christina got to dance with COVID once again. Yay!
As we uncover it all and many misconceptions surrounding food additives, we’ll further explore many of the impacts these chemicals can have on our well-being.
So if you're seeking some dietary inspiration (with added humor) and looking to fine-tune your snacking selections, this episode will offer valuable insights and practical tips to get you there.
As always, We Rock Chaos aims to bring about engaging discussions that empower listeners to make better informed choices regarding their overall health and family well being. We hope you enjoy a few laughs along the way.
Happy pantry trashings!

OK so... this episode is going to be a lot heavier and way more transparent than our previous ones. Yet as hard as it was to do, we knew it was important to share our story in hopes to bring about some light and encouragement into your life and relationships.
We are going to talk about "the break" we took in our relationship over the summer. Yes, we actually separated for a few months. To say it wasn’t easy is an understatement and it forced us to resurface a lot of past issues that we had never fully resolved and ignored for so many years. We needed to address them… we needed to make some changes once and for all... and that we did!
So, get ready as we not only talk about our separation but also Mika's decision to join Christina in the alcohol free lifestyle. We will discuss how alcohol affected us in the past, its affects on Mika, and how giving it up has already made a seriously positive impact within our personal lives, spirits, health and relationship.
This story is about hope, faith renewed and an unwavering fight to protect a love unconditional… no matter what it takes. It's never easy, but it's so worth it.
We hope this episode inspires you, brings about hope, and helps you break free from anything that might be holding you back in your own life both relationally and personally. With God, all things are possible… and we are definitely living proof of this!
How do You Rock Chaos?
Anyone noticing the massive increase in marriages and relationships that are breaking like never before?
With divorce rates spiking and our sanity under new heights of attack, we want to open up a transparent conversation and at the same time vulnerably share the backstory of our early relationship battles.
How did we manage to find help, fix a few major personality disorders and rebuild a relationship that cold’ve easily failed ten times over?
Peer into some of our past relationship drama and hear all about our experiences with therapy, couples counseling, explosive fights, to daily practices that now help us shift negative attacks into positive outcomes. Through it all, we’ve managed to build a stronger and more resilient relationship in this current chapter of life.

Alright, so in this episode we poke some fun at the physical messes that tend to pile up within our home/workspaces and how we seem to conquer that chaos before it overtakes us. And of course we couldn’t do an episode like this without shining light on Mika’s hilarious battles with “Organization OCD”.
Join us as we bring some humorous anecdotes, relatable stories and actionable tips to turning our living and working spaces from disaster zones to Zen-like havens that still allow space for the kids to be... well, kids.
Tackling cluttered “wife closets” and crates of makeup? Covered. Creating “super garages”? We did it. Managing a house filled with unruly kids toys? Check.
In the house of Fineo we Organize Chaos... and so can you.

Ever wonder what life and marriage is like when one of the spouses is an acclaimed musician that’s always away on tour with major bands and artists?
Trying to hold down any marriage these days is hard enough. Add in the fact that your spouse is often thousands of miles away for months and in positions of “influence” is borderline craziness. As this tends to create susceptibility to attacks on the relationship, it can on the other hand build resilience and a much stronger bond between a couple at the same time... if both can endure it.
So on this episode we decided to discuss how we survived the wild road of “touring life”, it’s all consuming debauchery, struggles that show up with being apart for long hauls and some unique curveballs that come with the territory.
Who knows what will come about with Mika‘s ever evolving musical career, but we can both agree that some major growth has taken place within our relationship along the way.
We hope you enjoy this little glimpse into our past and thought no better than to call it “Chaos On Tour. Party on!

Oh hello again.
Wanna take a peek inside our attack on daily bedlam, endless events and the chaos that unfolds within it all?
In this episode we share how "time blocking" stacks up our free time and why we HAVE TO start our day no later than 5AM! Oh and for fun, let’s throw in some of Mika’s fairly off “dad stories” he likes to create with our son during our morning rides to school.
In such times where schedules just can’t seem to fit the weight of the day, we share our approach to finding space within its mess, getting some mental health care (well hopefully) and how we’ve launched a podcast/personal brand within it all.
So let’s go punch chaos in the nuts (more on actual nuts at the end of this episode). We’ve only just begun.
Come travel 2,800 miles across the country with us as we share some of our east coast family’s idiosyncrasies, Florida bummers and a whole lot more. Some interesting ground rules have to be set whenever visiting this large and diverse family of eccentrics. We go over our use of “the itinerary” (our attempt at keeping all the folks happy) so that we balance our time spent with them. Households filled with quirks and off the wall personalities are just the beginning. Heat, humidity and chaos awaits!

In the Fineos never ending war on gluten, we talk about Christina’s battle with having severe celiacs disease and the painful outcomes that arise among other myriads of food allergies and health challenges she faces. As we share our struggles of trying to feed a family of four while having to circumvent all the staples like wheat, dairy, corn and more, we’ll also unpack what the deathblow of “Being Glutened” is. Yes it’s a real thing. We shed light on the systems we use to overcome our family’s “health circus” and talk about the major strains it can put on our mental health and relationships. Anxiety and stress are always around the corner but they don’t get the victory as we fight our way though our complex world of food, eating out, date nights and more. Hey... where should we eat tonight?
Growing up spending a lot of time with his Finnish family, Mika got to experience the traditional Finnish Sauna experience on the regular and was hooked on it as a kid. As he moved far away from family many years ago, it’s been quite the challenge for Mika to find the traditional sauna experience in the States. In his never ending quest to find all the physical and mental healing that takes place for him during this favorite tradition, we’ll also talk about the few times he was able to travel overseas and have a few saunas with fellow band members and friends on tour, managing to get them all equally hooked on this Finnish tradition of old. So grab your towel, lots of water and an open mind as we dive into all things Suomi (Finland) Sauna. Kippis!
Chewing Chaos
Today we talk about our fights with Misophonia and all things with “the chew”. As no stranger to the “phobias”, we thought we’d dive a little deeper into our never ending “struggles with sounds” and what triggers them at any given moment.
Have fun and chew on!
