Ben's story is a raw look at what happens when childhood trauma, addiction, pressure and burnout follow you into adulthood.

He spent nine years in the Australian Army, built a successful business, became a husband and father, and pushed himself to keep performing.

But behind the scenes, things were falling apart.

His marriage broke down. His mental health suffered. And he reached a point where he had to make a choice: keep living the same way or take responsibility for changing his life.

What happened next changed everything.

A men's retreat introduced Ben to breathwork, giving him a new direction and a purpose he never expected. Today, he's helping other people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected and stuck find their way back to themselves.
